Every year, talented people invest their life savings into hospitality.
Some are exceptional chefs. Some have years of industry experience. Others simply have a dream they believe in.
Yet many discover the same reality...
Running a successful hospitality business requires far more than passion, talent or experience. It requires a professionally built operating system.
After 35 years in hospitality, I've seen too many founders make major financial commitments before truly understanding what it takes to operate a business that is profitable, scalable and sustainable.
That's why I created Restaurant Build Lab — a place where founders can build, test and refine their business before committing significant capital.
Because I believe every founder deserves the opportunity to understand what "good" looks like before opening the doors.
"The best investment you'll make isn't your restaurant. It's the knowledge and systems that protect it." — Murat, Founder, Growth Fork
This is not for everyone.

Frequently asked questions.
Who runs Restaurant Build Lab?
Restaurant Build Lab is hosted by Growth Fork, the hospitality consultancy that built and operates the B.R.O.S.S. platform.
Who is this programme for?
Aspiring restaurant and café founders who want to build their financials, operations, menu engineering and staff systems before committing serious capital — whether you're pre-lease or already trading and rebuilding your systems properly.
How long is the programme and how does it run?
It's a 4-week, 28-day hands-on programme with 18 hours of live sessions — a 90-minute Implementation Clinic every Tuesday (6:00–7:30pm UK time) and a 3-hour Restaurant Build Session every Thursday (6:00–9:00pm UK time) — plus daily building tasks and support in a private WhatsApp group, Monday to Friday.
How many founders are in each cohort?
Cohorts are capped at a maximum of 10 founders, so everyone gets real attention.
What does it cost?
The launch price is £1,990 for every cohort up to March 2027; the full price after launch is £3,900. Book early and you get 50% off the launch price — £995. Or enter the free prize draw for the chance of a free place.
Is there a free way to join?
Yes. From October 2026 to March 2027, every cohort includes free places awarded by prize draw — 3 per cohort up to January 2027, then 1 per cohort for the February and March 2027 cohorts. Entry is free: complete the 90-second Readiness Survey Draw. Every entrant also gets free access to the Business Plan Builder.
Can I pay for a place instead of waiting for the draw?
Yes. You can book directly on this page at any time until the cohort is full — the early-booking price is £995. Draw entrants are also offered a discounted place by email.
What software is included?
Founders who join a cohort up to and including January 2027 get 6 months of free access to the B.R.O.S.S. ecosystem, starting from the day they open. From February 2027, this becomes 3 months. If you go on to use BrossFull in your own restaurant, any required hardware such as printers, screens and tills is charged separately.
When do I get access to the apps?
Once your place is confirmed and your enrolment agreement is signed, you'll receive activation keys for all the apps. Everyone signs in at least 2 days before the cohort starts, so day one is spent building.
What happens after the 4 weeks end?
Two optional upgrades are available. Done With You is where Growth Fork implements everything alongside you, with pricing depending on your concept, the level of Growth Fork involvement and the time required. P.U.L.S.E. is an ongoing, monthly-cancellable standards and weekly accountability programme.
Do I need previous hospitality experience to join?
No. The Lab is built for both first-time founders and experienced operators opening a new concept — what matters is that you're serious about building the business properly before you open.
What if I miss a live session?
Questions and homework carry into the WhatsApp group and the next Implementation Clinic, so missing one live session won't leave you behind.
How do I ask something that isn't answered here?
Email support@restaurantbuildlab.com and the team will get back to you directly.
